Report: ESG adoption and implementation in EU construction and real estate.

The Climate Positive Europe Alliance (CPEA) and its member organisations all share a commonpurpose: to collaboratively foster sustainability principles and practices within core builtenvironment activities – ranging from planning and design, financing, construction, use andoperation, and deconstruction. Apart from mobilising sector participants to adopt net-zeropractices and a whole life cycle view, CPEA and its members are also actively working ontransitioning the sector towards integrating circularity principles and social aspects within realestate and construction projects.

While CPEA’s influencing activities are predominantly focused on EU policy development, it isalso partnering with global platforms and initiatives.
